The City of Sacramento City Attorney’s Office will be celebrating Law Day on May 11, 2018, with a panel discussion on the importance of the Separation of Powers doctrine. The panel includes City of Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg, Presiding Judge David F. De Alba, and Alberto Torrico, Former Majority Leader of the California State Assembly, and will be moderated by Constitutional Law Professor Leslie Gielow Jacobs from the McGeorge School of Law.
