The ideal candidate is motivated and has a desire to help the practice grow. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar or in the process of taking the California bar examination in July 2018. Litigation candidates should have experience in both state and federal courts, have excellent research and writing skills and work well as part of a professional team. The Healthcare team is seeking an attorney with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Knox-Keene licensed healthcare entities and the regulations that govern them. Knowledge and understanding of health plans, HMOs, health insurance companies, and healthcare entity regulations is strongly desired. Wilke Fleury’s Healthcare team enjoys a busy and growing practice.
