The University of California Office of the General Counsel is conducting a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a limited number of preferred outside law firms to assist with the majority of our non-insured (“Core”) litigation matters.
Answers to questions about the RFP (as discussed in the RFP) will also be posted on UCOP’s website at https://www.ucop.edu/general-counsel/litigation-panel-recruitment.html.
The deadline for submitting questions about the RFP is April 9, and the deadline for submitting the completed applications is April 18.
