The Sacramento office is seeking a litigation associate (as well as lateral partner candidates with a portable book of business).
Candidates should have 3–7 years of employment and/or commercial litigation experience. Candidates must be able to work independently on pleadings, discovery, case management, research and trial preparation. Trial and/or arbitration experience is a plus. Attention to detail and excellent writing skills is required.
